Luxe Downtown Condo Penthouse W/ 2 Free Parking!

Condo is very good and well maintained. Hosts are very professional and provided all the details on time. Things to improve : The washroom toilet bowl is loose and moves a bit it needs to be secured firmly to the floor. The towel holder rod was also loose. Some light bulbs were not working. The Sofa bed when used as bed makes a lot of creaking noise, it needs to be fixed so the noise is not so much. Good things: Apart from above the condo is really good, spacious for 6 people, provides all the amenities for comfortable living and the location is amazing close to downtown, restaurants, groceries,etc.. The condo is a penthouse and has easy access to gym, game room, terrace. The terrace has a amazing downtown view. Overall the condo has more pluses than few minuses which are easily fixable. Will definitely book again if i have to!

The unit is in a good location. The owners could have given more notice about its proximity to a major rail line that runs adjacent to the property.While the place was clean, there were some correctable errors, such as a collapsed towel rack in the bathroom, watermarks on a wooden love g room table, an uncleaned oven, a range button that did not function. The thermostat was not responsive, and attempts to communicate with the owner were not successful.It would be most helpful to have a user guide with relevant information (i.e., internet WiFi user ID and passcode) greet rang guest upon arrival.

Perfect spot for nice place in Calgary. Little untraditional parking situation but not too bad. Definitely recommend. Host is great.

Everything was good .

Very clean and very clear instructions from host. However in listing it mentions train and states it will only affect light sleepers. The train is extremely loud. It will affect anyone's sleep if you are not used to traffic noise, likely even if you are. My entire family was woken up during the night by this. None of us particularly light sleepers. While apartment is clean and great, be prepared for lots of noise from traffic and train. If that doesnt bother you its an amazing place to stay.
